How a no-KYC swap works, what happens to your coins, and which data we never collect.
Do I need an account or KYC verification?
No. No account, no email, no passport, no selfie — all we need is the address to send your coins to.
An account exists but is optional: it only lets you see your own swap history and join the referral programme.
Do you run AML checks on the funds?
No. We run no AML checks and never ask where your coins came from. Nothing has to be proven to swap crypto here.
The one exception is rouble payouts: a payment aggregator settles those, and we do not control its rules.
What is a bitcoin mixer and why would I use one?
Bitcoin is public — anyone can follow the chain of transactions from address to address. A mixer breaks that link, so your new address cannot be traced back to where the coins came from.
We use CoinJoin: a single collaborative transaction with dozens of participants at once, where no outside observer can tell which input belongs to which output.
What data do you keep?
We keep no IP logs, no payout details and no swap history that could tie you to a particular trade.
Order pages are excluded from search engines, and only you have the link to yours.
How long does a swap take?
Usually 20 minutes to 2 hours. You are shown an estimate when the order is created, and it is refined as the swap progresses.
Bitcoin swaps take longest: the CoinJoin has to confirm on-chain, and a busy mempool can stretch that to several hours. That wait is set by the network, not by us.
What is your fee?
Our fee is 1% of the swap amount. On top of that you only pay blockchain network fees, which go to miners rather than to us.
A promo code reduces our fee; it does not change the rate.
Which coins can I swap?
Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Zcash (ZEC), Ethereum, USDT and USDC across several networks, plus a number of other coins. The picker on the home page lists them all.
There is also a fiat route: roubles paid out over SBP to one of nine Russian banks.
How do rouble payouts work?
Pick a rouble direction, enter the phone number linked to your SBP account and the bank. The transfer lands on that number.
Double-check the number and the bank before creating the order — an SBP transfer cannot be reversed.
What happens if I never pay for an order?
An unfunded order closes itself after an hour. Nothing to do — just start a new one and the rate is recalculated at the current market.
Can I cancel a swap after paying?
No. Once the coins reach the deposit address the swap runs to completion; it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
So the payout address and details are worth checking twice before you send anything.
